Now that you have the enclosure mostly setup, what about the lighting?
Well you'll want two to three lights, the UVB light, the heat lamp, and a night time heat source on hand at least in case of those chilly nights.

The UVB light is one of the most important portion of a reptiles husbandry, you'll preferably want a Arcaidia or Reptisun T5 HO 10.0 tube light with a fitting reflective fixture.
Now if you wanted to know what the best uvb is out of those two brands, it would be Arcaidia, but reptisun is good as well.
For the length of the uvb bulb, for a 36" long enclosure needs a 34" uvb bulb and fixture would be good and then for 46" long enclosure a 46" uvb bulb and fixture would work.
Make sure to replace the UVB bulb every 6-12 months.

The basking heat source should be a bright white basking bulb, 75-120 watts for 12-18" tall enclosures and then 120-160 or so would be good for a 20" or more tall enclosure.
For the night time heat source you'll want a low wattage ceramic heat emitter or a CHE. This produces only heat and no light meaning your scaly friend will sleep very well when the temp drops below 65*F.
And depending on what type of enclosure you have it may hold heat a bit better, though tanks work still as well, just doesn't hold heat as well as others.
