Okay so you have your tank, you have it setup correctly, and now you have your correct lighting. Now you need to know the temperatures for the tank and what the humidity should be at, along with how to make the humidity go down if its too high.

Basking temperatures should be at around 100-110, no higher than 115.
The warm side temperatures should be around 90-95 and no higher than 95.
For the cool side it should stay at around 70-85, and again no higher than 85.
And then night time temps should be no higher than 85 or so, and no lower than 65.

For humidity you want it around 20-50%. If it gets too high purchase a small dehumidifier to lower it.

Now how do you monitor these? Well you need a temp gun for temperatures, and a digital most likely two in one temperature and humidity gauge with a probe to monitor humidity. Now the temp gun tells you the exact surface temperature, the digital humidity and temp gauge does as well but the temp gun does it more accurately for temperatures so you'll be using the gauge mostly just or humidity.
